Journal Notes

I made this for my Young Woman’s project for church. Mom and I made up the pattern and I sewed it all together. I learned how important it is to keep your seams even! It was not square when we tried to put it on the quilt frame! I had to take seams in here and there multiple times until we were finally able to get it on the quilt frame. We then hand quilted it. I even quilted a K on it. We quilted roses and rose vines on the quilt. I loved this quilt and used it until I was married. Still have it and still love it.
