When I opened the template from a quilters advent gift box (Jenny’s Countdown to Christmas, Missouri Star Quilt Co) I chuckled and thought, “cute but I’ll never use it.” Never say never. A couple days later when I was thinking about the Christmas pillows I was going to make I realized my sister would LOVE that idea and figured the boys would get a chuckle, too. They all did and so many others complimented me. But what a pain they were! So small. They were a chore to finish but I got them done and away as gifts. Not likely I will make anymore, regardless how cute they are! I did fussy cut them.
