I was making epp hexagons during the Cup finals, and realized the storm flags marking wins could be done the same way. Dawn introduced me to hockey back around 2000 and I knew she’d like a banner like this. The block for the team played each round were cut from a piece for their team fabric and ironed on. The gray squares and storm flans were machine appliquéd. The backing is Carolina Hurricanes fabric. Fpp templates for the cup and the numbers from JoeJuneandMay.
