I made a quilt sandwich using a whole piece of Minki with whole piece of flannel and cotton batting in the middle. I quilted simple 4-inch square grid lines across the entire piece. Then, the most difficult part, sewing on the satin border. I used a ton of pins, and sewed slowly over the pins, & didn’t break any needles. The Minki is very forgiving so I found stitching easier than I imagined. My nephew and wife loved the delightful metallic dinosaur print for their new baby daughter.
