Journal Notes

The Pathways 2023 quilt by Sierra Pacific is my inspiration for this quilt...I saw a picture of a blue one and thought something similar would be perfect for this project. So I set down with graph paper, fabrics and found my design. This is going to be a gift for my friend and neighbor, who recently found out she has stage 3 breast cancer. She isn't a pink person, but she grew up in Michigan and loves the water. I feel like the calming aqua-blues and greens will be soothing during her upcoming treatments.
