Nik found a picture of a quilt in Pinterest while snooping over my shoulder and wanted a "baby yoda quilt with all the baby yodas like that but not that" so I am piecing this section by section and praying that it works out in the end. He picked the fabrics, and they are a bit much for me, but. He LOVES it. I originally wanted to put thin sashing between each piece, but it would up being too much, so I took it apart and started over. This one is frustrating for me, but I am determined to make it work for my son. Feb 3: Nik is so excited because he says it now looks like a real start wars space ship! 🤣 love his imagination and glad he made me laugh because this project is giving me all the headaches. But he's still 100% sure that exactly what he wants 🤷‍♀️ kid knows what he likes i guess
