Journal Notes

This was part of a "Beginner Quilting" class, the first quilting class I took, using the book, 'Start Quilting with Alex Anderson: Six Projects'. I only had time to finish a portion of the log cabin design and then it sat for *years* unfinished. I had to get a bit creative to complete it with the remaining fabric and additional new ones. Pretty happy with the overall effect and colors. Sometimes when we have to scramble to make it work, the end product is better than it would have originally been!
