I purchased one-half yard each of these two ombre fabrics and challenged myself to make a quilt to hang above Tom's desk with just those. I used all the blue and have a scrap of the green left over. I did need to purchase a quarter yard of another fabric to bind it. I used only wool batting to quilt it. Wish I'd used thin cotton instead. I don't care for the loft. And if I were to do it again, I'd have quilted it with flowing curves.
