Journal Notes

Purchased 20 Sue and 6 Sam UFO blocks at guild destash for $4.00. They were cut with an Accuquilt die and fused to a 10.25" white background. This became my portable stitching project. I stitched down the fused applique and added embellishments to jazz it up. I alternated Sue and Sam blocks with a cute ice cream cone blocks. I made two quilts with 13 Sue and Sam blocks and print blocks each on a 5 x 5 grid. 52.5 x 65 flimsy.
