Journal Notes

My sister was a high school art teacher and one of her favorite units was art history with all of the greats. When I saw this canvas panel in The Netherlands, I immediately thought of her. At first I thought I’d make a pillow but now that I’m making bags, that became the natural option. I bought the apricot colored linen in Toronto in one of the fabric stores on Queen Street. (What a fab place for fabrics!) She loved it and started using it immediately!
