Journal Notes

This is a quilt that I made completely from fabric from my stash - other than the backing. The pattern came from a Facebook group that puts out an annual Stashbuster challenge It had accompanied me to several quilting retreats and always got put on the back burner. I was a determined to finish it at this particular (September 2024) retreat! I jokingly said I always had to check my guest bed after my daughter visited to make sure she hadn’t taken it home with her. Purple is her favorite color, too. I had enough purples in my stash to make another quilt for her later.
