Journal Notes

This was a huge endeavor as I had never done applique before. It was SO much fun to make. I did make alterations to the colours and some of the borders (I follow Stitch with Rachel on youtube and she inspired me to do this quilt. I followed some of the changes she did) I really had a fun time making this. It’s just so pretty and it turned out really nicely. There are tutorials with Riley Blake designs on youtube as well which were super helpful. I will definitely continue to do applique in the future My best friend turns 50 this year and it is a birthday gift for her.
