Journal Notes

Emmett went to the store with me and while I was looking at fabric he found the animal print in this quilt. He loves all animals but his favorite has always been the giraffe. He asked if I could make him a quilt. How could I resist my 7 year old grandson. With my very limited experience I made it simple with bright colors and finished it off with a giraffe print Minky. I also found a fun quilt E2E design… giraffes. Emmett was thrilled and my imperfections were overlooked by his very nonjudgmental sweetness!
