Journal Notes

This was made from dish towels my grandmother, Verna Stottlemyer Buckley, embroidered in the 1940s. My mother, Marjorie Buckley Probst, never used them, saved them all these years and requested that I make a quilt out of them. These dish towels will be preserved for many years to come.
