I picked this block for WMHQ holiday make a block win a block. I liked it but very few participated and I didn’t win. Shortly afterwards I found a winter fabric that I loved and thought it would make great sashing. Bonus, it was on clearance! A quilt was born. January had me snowed in two weekends in a row so this became my Snow Day quilt project.
