#5 of 21 Carla quilts. I went way over the top with the quilting this charity quilt. It may end up lining the bed of someone's favorite pooch. Knowing that, it took off the pressure and i felt ready to take more risks. I created the designs as I moved through the project. Using red thread on a light background was a calculated risk- it shows every bump and bobble. It forced me to go slow and practice accuracy. The overall look works and the flaws, which are many, fade when given distance.
