Journal Notes

This quilt is for our neighbors who had a baby girl on 8/6/26. The sunflowers were made from scraps of another quilt border received from the buy nothing group. I added a piece of material from my mom’s stash for the center. I didn’t have a pattern so the snowballed corners were too much, but I had already cut the background fabric so I left it as is. Top is 40” * 56” and was finished on 9/12/26. I finished the quilting and machine binding on 9/14/26. I made a label on 9/15/26.
