Journal Notes

This was a Tosa Quilt Guild Workshop. Linette, the pattern designer, taught it and provided the hardware needed to finish the purse. We came with the fat quarters sandwiched together with batting and quilted it during the Workshop. The purse went together pretty easy though cutting size can be a problem and sewing through all the layers for the tabs. Just slowly hand crank if possible through the layers. She had a great method for the zippers and she made it look easy when slipping the zipper pull on, zipper by the roll. Linette is a Tosa Quilt Guild member and an engineer for the city. She has great patience.
