Journal Notes

I've made at least 4 of these so far using donated fabrics from my guild & neighborhood. After a couple made with all one fabric, I started salvaging small scraps of Cat fabric to upcycle some patchwork mats. Very enjoyable and satisfying as well as good quilting practice. I've always been a cat person and have enjoyed the love of many over my lifetime. My husband and I agree that no home is complete without at least one furry feline friend. All of our cats have been rescues. I hope these will comfort other fur-babies as they find their fur-ever home 🐾 Apparently my own current rescue, Rosie, approves 💙
