Journal Notes

This quilt was a BAQ (build a quilt) from Angela Walters for the 2024-2025 year. 10 blocks with fabric Angela designs herself. The fabric is digitally printed and she offers 3 colorways. My mom and I did the blocks together and I then ordered the finishing kit that was offered. I used scrap fabric to make the quilt square so it would fit easily on a queen sized bed with plenty of drop (my bed has a 15" drop). What can't be seen (thankfully) in the pictures is that my daughter's dog managed to jump on the quilt with wet feet after being outside. The red dirt was not fun to get out but we did it.
