Free Motion Quilted. This quilt top WAS done. It was my first ever quilt and I began with advice from a cousin to sew with quarter inch seams and blocks should be the same size. It was an improvement, quilt as you go. I would watch The Quilt Show and learn something new, so it would get added. I decided I wanted to quilt it myself and saw this little quilt button on my machine and went to town. I tried ripping it out and this was too hard on the fabric. I carefully cut it apart, and now it’s back to blocks. I chose the Villa Rosa pattern , News Flash, as my inspiration so I can move forward with a little more structure. It’s still improv and quilt as you go in style.
