This project is about gathering together, sharing our creativity, and stitching a little piece of ourselves into something beautiful. Each square tells a story. Each stitch carries care. And together, they become a reminder of what makes this community so special: friendship, generosity, creativity, and connection. About the squares: The Album Block is about carrying community with you — friends and family signing their names into a quilt so a reunion, farewell, or new beginning is wrapped in the warmth of everyone who cares. The Friendship Circle Block speaks to a bond that holds unbroken — a circle with no beginning and no end, standing for connection that distance and years cannot fray. The Silhouette Block is about sisterhood — a prairie of women standing hand in hand, gathered close. It honors the sisters, neighbors, and women who shape our lives, and the quiet certainty of never walking alone. After their debut, these quilts will be auctioned with all proceeds to benefit The HollyRod Foundation and their mission to provide compassionate care and support to individuals and families living with autism and Parkinson’s disease.
