Jo's center, of this sweet little postage stamp/medallion quilt cut from her "ladies fabric"...heads of the Alcott sisters. I chose to make this my own by copying a photo of my maternal grandmother on fabric for the center. I hand-pieced. The 1.5" squares to make the postage stamp background. This 18" square quilt is one of my very favorites and i keep it out where I enjoy it every day.
