Journal Notes

I was given a quilt to restore for my daughter-in-law. It was 35+ years old and was in horrible shape. BUT - I decided to take on this challenge. I love how it turned out. I found some Winnie the Pooh fabric locally to use as the backing. I used the same batting. Every pink and yellow yarn that it was originally tied with was saved. Also every leftover scrap of fabric was saved and put inside a pillow I made from remaining fabric. The quilt is now restored and should be around for years and years to come.
