Journal Notes

This is only using one of the two blocks from this pattern. I had intended to do them both but the fabrics i bought didnt lend themselves well to the other block. Added the outside sashing and corner stones then decided against it. Ripped it off and just did a plain border. Lots of mods... Trying to decide about borders... Do I buy more blossom or use the baby geo that I bought for this project and didn't use...? I think I'm just going to do a white border and hot pink binding (if I can find more pink!) I'll use the Baby Geo for the backing. I guess I'm on a mini quilt kick. This makes 3 in a row. Yay for instant gratification. Now to find some batting... 31x31
