Journal Notes

I started this quilt as a gift for my youngest son, Matthew, when he was talking about joining the Marines at age 14. After he saw an all blue and white version of this quilt, he wanted that one instead of this one. I decided to complete this quilt in memory of my dad and uncle who both served in the Marines in Vietnam.
