Journal Notes

The blocks made by foundation paper piecing method although I sewed them directly into a quilt sandwich with batting and backing. All the backings were cut from cotton shirts out of my closet. After all were made I sashed them together with strips from a bedsheet. I won’t use that type of sheet again as it frayed terribly and was difficult to crease with pressing.
