Cat and borders were originally a quilt top completed by my grandma. I believe she planned to donate it to charity. My friend who worked as her caregiver for a while had wished for one of her quilts. I added the patchwork border to take it from lap size to throw size. On the back I added the duck blocks because Jenni raises muscovy ducks. She also loves cats, roses, and the color purple
