Journal Notes

Immediately after gifting her sister her quilt in late January, I decided to begin this quilt for Raegan. I was inspired by an Elizabeth Hartman quilt made by someone in my quilt guild and remembered that I had purchased this pattern about 8 or 9 years ago (for the hedgehog) and never used it. Raegan is a real artist and at just 7 years old can draw just about any animal you can name…so I thought this pattern would be perfect for her. Her birthday is in July so I have plenty of time to get this done.
