Journal Notes

This was my very first attempt at quilting/sewing in many years (like 30, except the occasional seam fix). I was invited to a retreat and needed a project. I had no idea how to measure or cut. And what is this about a scant 1/4 inch? Great teachers, not sure if I would have ever started to quilt without them being in my life!
