Journal Notes

The color made this be an amazing quilt. I love Ruby star fabric, and the panel that was used to make the center of the stars was the best. I started this quilt in July 2024 and finished it in December 2024, working on it at a local quilt store on the fourth Saturdays. We all worked on the same quilt and met together to discuss compare and work on our projects. It said in my sewing room for 12 months and finally in December 2025 I decided it needed quilted. I used a pantograph on my long arm that I had never used before. It worked easily and I think it looks pretty good. This quilt is for my niece who will graduate in May 2026.
