Katie asked for a lightweight quilt for Eliza and had picked out a pattern, but it was a Lonestar type quilt with diagonals. I didn’t think I was quite ready to tackle that so I made this with HST instead. Because I made two at a time HST it is a little tough to match the combinations and see the pattern. It turned out to be a little bigger than I planned too so made her a smaller lonestar quilt made out of the same fabric and gave them both to Eliza as she was turning one year old.
