If I can get 9” squares from each FQ, 2-at-a-time HST method will give me 8.5” HSTs and 16” blocks. I might try for a bed size of 96”x 112”. Have purchased backing, Voluptuous print in aqua pink for lighter colored backside. 96” x 112” would be 6 blocks (of 4 HSTs) by 7. 42 blocks x 4 = 168 HSTs. Have 31 4-HST blocks made (80 HSTs). Need to trim after finishing last 11, then figure out layout. Need 1yd binding - 11 strips - purple millefiori? Purple Japanese Chrysanthemum? Black and gray print? Fizz pantograph by Longarm League? Snarky Quilter can do tops as large as 114x120, requires 5” overhang so backing needs to be 10” more than top
