Journal Notes

The primary solid jelly roll strips were given to me. I had not previously worked in brights but was intrigued to try. I had just finished 30 Days of Improv online with Shannon Frazier and was inspired to try improv stars. The jelly roll also included the gray shades from light to dark. That made a cool color flow as a backdrop to the brights. I listed it in my Etsy shop and my cousin surprised me by buying it for her expected grandchild! This was my first time trying big stitch binding as well.
