Journal Notes

I made this as an entry in the Loudoun County Fair. The shoes are machine embroidered patterns from Purely Gates. I did not have a pattern. I made it from a picture. The scallops and matching up the striped fabric was challenging. I used mylar in the shoes for a sparkling effect. I quilted in a brick pattern to make it look like a store front. It measures 44” x 68”. Yaaay… my entry in the county fair won First Prize.
