I started quilting over 40 years ago. My grandma taught me to sew when I was very young sitting on her lap. I use to sew most of my own clothes and then my daughter's. But a friend introduced me to quilting and I have never looked back. My 1st full size quilt was a "log cabin" for my brother's wedding and they just celebrated their 43 anniversary. I sew almost everyday now. It really does relax me.
