I was raised in a family of six girls. My parents taught me the joys of life. Who was promised from my heavenly father, that I should have many talents, but I never thought that quilting would be one of them. About 2019 I purchased a Viking Husqvarna sewing machine. And begin quilting and making small projects in my spare time. But it wasn’t until 2023 when I retired from a 34 year career as an elementary office manager that I began quilting seriously. My quilting room is my happy place. Material is my Candi store. I love quilting for my family and add baking projects to fill my home. I love quilting with my dear friend Clyda Vaderlaus, and look forward to times when we can get together to so, to gab, and laugh.
